The Problem: In-store customers struggled to understand which Samsung phone was right for them.
The Solution: Working under the Executive Creative Director, I led cross-functional creative teams of 40+ across strategy, UX, design, and production to concept and deliver a personalized, in-device retail experience for Samsung. The application educated customers on device features through an intuitive, engaging experience, ultimately leading Samsung to award us the opportunity to design and build a globally deployed retail app in 25+ countries.
